web server for high-resolution HLA star-allele typing from Oxford Nanopore (ONT) targeted whole-gene amplicon sequencing data.
In addition to HLA calling, B-Star highlights HLA alleles associated with drug hypersensitivity risk when they are detected, helping users quickly connect inferred HLA genotypes to clinically relevant drug-allele annotations.
